On this World Refugee Day, I’m so grateful that my family found safety in this country. My story is the story of so many Canadians who’ve come here as refugees. I spoke to the The Globe and Mail about our journey 👇 theglobeandmail.com/politics/artic…

Few partnerships can match the UK’s unique relationship with Canada. By reconnecting with key allies, we will deliver security and prosperity at home and abroad. Wonderful to welcome Mélanie Joly to London as my first guest. I look forward to working together on key challenges.

FACT CHECK: The Government of Canada has NOT legalized the use of crack cocaine and/or heroin; nor is there any legislation before the House of Commons to legalize or decriminalize either hardcore drug; nor has Justin Trudeau expressed any intent to do so. #cdnpoli #nlpoli

What “government bureaucracy”? Our nation’s independent Supreme Court? Or a self-regulated body that sanctioned one of its members? Garbage like this insults Canadians’ intelligence. Stop cheapening political discourse and undermining the independence of our courts, Pierre.

#Gaza where schools are not schools anymore. When the war started, UNRWA was forced to close all its schools turning them into shelters for displaced families. Classrooms that used to welcome girls & boys are now either overcrowded with displaced families or destroyed.

I want to applaud the people in this video. The bear marching is hard to watch, but each one of them stepped up to serve. Most voices on X have never done that. Drill proficiency can be easily improved with practice, but good character is increasingly very hard to find. 🇨🇦
