Family in Surfside Beach,SC.watched jets circled balloon. Many watching in the streets. Family say one of the jets went right at the balloon at a higher rate of speed, contrails coming off it. Then saw a missile leave jet striking balloon. Firing jet left area very quickly.

That’s what we call a good start if you ask me..
