Summer conditioning starting tomorrow! Jul 14-Aug 6. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7-8pm. No field hockey gear or experience needed. Bring plenty of water as well as a yoga mat, towel, & running shoes.

Be sure to register for out of season conditioning and upload a current physical form before attending summer conditioning. Covid-19 paperwork must also be completed!
