Trust me guys, I am intimately involved in the endless discussion and decision making process that goes into designing a set before it is ever built. There is literally zero chance a famous Nazi symbol gets built into a set because, "no one realized it." That's laughable.

It’s extraordinarily hard, almost impossible, to pass a law that violates constitutional “rational basis” review, but I think a law that bars one citizen from giving another citizen food and water lacks any rational basis and violates the Constitution.

FWIW, my office takes calls from any person or organization that wishes to correspond - no matter their politics - and I don’t take any PAC money. Never have and never will.

Multiple congresspeople have now said they've been told this by GOP colleagues. Not just "I have to vote this way because my constituents are crazy" but "If I don't vote this way I'm afraid they will murder me and my family." That is not how things work in a stable democracy.
