Finished Part 2 of the Alan Murdoch Sportsmith Fast > Fit rehab course with some useful content & application of dynamic frameworks to develop various physical qualities. Rounded off with a top presentation by Paul Read on kinetic assessment to guide RTP! Part 3 ⏳
