Amazing team camp at Black Hills State. The growth of our team in 4 days has been amazing. Went to Iron Creek Lake for some team building, then wrapped up camp with the 5 at the hive where both the JV and Varsity were champs. That makes it 4 years in a row for both squads.

I am blessed to receive an offer from Dakota State! Thanks to Devonte Murphy for the opportunity.

Summer lifting has wrapped up this week. Everyone who was a part of the program worked had. Take the time to congratulate your child on their hard work and dedication this summer. Getting up daily and doing the grind they go through the summer, is not easy.

Huge thanks to the Trudeau family for hosting our kids tonight for supper before practice. Must have been something in those burgers. Best practice of the year!!
