I’ve been pulling Mikava Coffee’s Gesha Estates as espresso, and it is lovely. Dark orange acidity, raspberry jelly, avocado blossom honey sweetness. Highly recommend for fans of fruity, clean, and sweet shots.

One of my favorite coffees to pull as espresso is Panama naturals - so I couldn’t pass up this Bambito Estate Red Bourbon from DoubleShot Coffee Co. Sweet cherry, vanilla bean, marzipan, and jasmine florals.
