We are Caldicot U16’s. We promote the values of Rugby and always want the boys to have a smile on their faces. We train Tue and Thurs 5-7.

A massive shout out to Bargoed Youth Coach and Physio who remained with us following a nasty injury on the pitch today. From caring for our lad to getting tea, coffee and hot water bottles up to us from all the families. A proper rugby club with proper rugby people. Thank you guys 👍🏻
