President Trump's promise to pardon former Honduran president Juan Orlando Hernández, serving 45 years in U.S. prison for drug trafficking, is part of a "shocking" effort to interfere in the country's politics, says politician Rodolfo Pastor de Maria y Campos with the ruling left-wing LIBRE party.
