UPDATE: Tulare Street Underpass |📍Fresno County 🛠Crews have tied rebar & poured concrete ✅Mass excavation for the underpass completed 🏗All 14 girders needed for the second bridge placed The Tulare Street Underpass is expected to be completed & open to traffic this summer.
