MO House votes to expand school vouchers, which sends money to corporate schools with no voter oversight. It sets minimum teacher salary $10,000 less than Arkansas. All but 3 Dems voted NO. Thanks to 24 Republicans, under tremendous pressure, that also supported public schools.
