Gibson: ISP detectives are currently investigating a threat that a Wood Memorial student received via her cellphone. The threat was NOT specific nor did it specifically mention the school. Wood Memorial is currently on a lockout as a precautionary measure.

Gibson: The lockout at Wood Memorial in Oakland City has been lifted. ISP detectives have determined that the threat is not credible. Students are resuming their normal schedule.

Per Steve Evansville's sewer system is at max capacity causing numerous backups into residents homes that don’t have backflow valves installed. Utility is working to alleviate problem areas, but heavy rains are making job difficult.

Several law enforcement agencies are asking people to stay inside. Road conditions are extremely dangerous. Gibson Co Sheriff says at this point if you are stranded or in an accident help could take hours not minutes.
