Need advice re Tas budget. Am I right that Tas Govt has only allocated $250,000pa to its National Preventive Mechanism (NPM) & #OPCAT responsibilities? If so, that’s a cut of $50,000pa & at least a few million dollars short of the minimum required. Offensive. Cassy O'Connor🪲
