New exec order from Governor Katie Hobbs transfers abortion prosecution authority to AZ Attorney General Kris Mayes. AG's office confirms they've got no plans to prosecute any abortion cases, and Gov's spox tells me they believe this has effect of preventing County Atty's from prosecuting on their own
