1/2 Octopus Energy supposed to have gas & elec smart meters fitted today by ur partner AES They send engineer who can only do elec not gas. Have tried to get in touch with AES to resked appt to a DUAL FUEL engineer but been on hold for 30mins with no idea of when call will be

2/2 answered. Total bloody shambles. Have taken a day off work to have this done and … nada. I am not calling them again and unless someone reaches out to me, NO SMART METERS will b installed. #octopusenergy #aessmartmetering
