Really disappointed with JioCare Reliance Jio. Jio AirFiber connection is unstable from last 3 days now, my work is completely stuck, and there's no option to talk to a real customer care executive only automated replies about "network congestion. Digital support is useless.

6 days without internet. Work completely stuck. Endless complaints, zero resolution. No human support, only bots and excuses. Is this really the service standard of JioCare Reliance Jio? Absolutely frustrating 😡
