2025 reading wrapped (i also finished Caste last night but i had already generated my wrapped 🥲)

this was the first year in well over a decade that my first thought of the new year wasn’t something about losing weight and i didn’t even realize it until just now — some days i really don’t feel like i’m recovered/recovering but moments like these are so amazing to see

idk what has come over me but i’ve decided to make a middle earth adventure map in minecraft and it’s been so fun so far

very much a wip but heres my little middle earth map so far (i’m vvvvv happy w how the moria passage is turning out)

also a fun secondary challenge is using suuuuper minimal blocks but still having it look detailed -- like i want it to look correct with Just Stone and then i might do some little detailing (like shadows) with tuff/deepslate but like... damn

argonath update !!! i cannot wait until the frame is done so i can go in with slabs/stairs/etc to shape it even more i def need to raise it up a little bit more bc the bottom half feels kinda stumpy but this is turning out wayyyy better than i could have expected tbh

okay i finished one statue (or at least the basic shape) and tmro ill use a copy of it to shape the second this has been such a fun challenge tbh and im so excited to see it fully in the world
