We are proud of our paramedics participating in the Can-Am Police-Fire Games in Butler County, Pennsylvania, this week. They are taking part in hockey, swimming and powerlifting competitions alongside first responders from across Canada and the United-States. Go team!

Canada did wonderfully well at the 2024 Butler Pennsylvania Can-Am Games in Powerlifting and Bench Press. My spouse Judy took Gold in both Bench Press and Powerlifting. I took Silver in Bench Press and Gold in Powerlifting, with a personal record lift of 325 pound deadlift.

A wonderful week participating in the 2024 Police-Fire-EMS Can-Am Games. We put everything we had on the stage. I pulled personal best weights in squat and deadlift. Judy, at 74, brought home two Gold medals and I, at 71, brought home a Silver and Gold.
