Today I sat with Charles for the first time as New DEO for Terego district. Charles worked as CCT in Arua for 4 yrs, 4 yrs as DPO in Yumbe &now DEO of Terego. He attributes his career growth and resilience to STiR Education where he started as an Education leader 8years ago.

At STiR Education PSG we shared our work followed by a panel discussion on the importance of teacher motivation. We heard important voices from our work in different geographies. Our goal is to create students as lifelong learners through intrinsic motivated teacher #STiRPSG

Agnes Nakazibwe, a headteacher in Uganda, transformed her school's administration with STiR's support. We are proud of the impact she has created in her school.
