Classic example of the sort of entitled people we have to ferry around the place. "What's wrong with the driver?" - Couldn't possibly be a bus problem, a traffic problem (at rush hour too - fancy that!), a timetabling problem, an RTPI problem. It's always the driver's fault.

Do these people never consider the idea that maybe, just maybe, bus companies aren't responsible for them being late for work? When a bus actually does turn up, do they never look out the window at all the private cars impeding its journey?

"Where's that lad going?" Home, probably, after a long day's work. Anyway, it doesn't matter where he's going. If the scroll says "Out of Service", then it's not your bus. You might as well be asking why random passing cars can't pick you up. The world doesn't revolve around you.
