Issues with accuracy of throws to bags? Check head position and be sure eyes are staying locked in. (Missing up, look down!) Be aware of head pulling to much or to violently to left.

Catchers home from break and no where to throw or no one to throw with. Use a long sock with ball in it. Tape wrist area to keep on. Go thru mechanics and throw. Saw/learned from Fred Corral w/P's yrs ago. No excuses!

Altuvé has a gorgeous swing! Incredible feel for rhythm & torque. Lets the pitcher supply the power. Hips/Hands/Eyes in sync at contact. #BOOM

Catchers need to remember 68% rule when calling pitches. 68% of balls hit are outs. Pitch to pitcher strength in most cases instead of hitters weakness

Your mistakes don't define your character. What you do after making the mistake makes all the difference. Embrace God's grace and seek to make amends and rebuild trust with anyone you've wounded. Learn from it, turn from it and work hard never to repeat it.
