How has overdone core exercising yesterday is me! Oh mine, can't just get off a chair comfortably now. The ABS is so achy.

I feel like I am the only one out of all my geeky friends left without a robot vacuum cleaner. These things have been around for so long, and yet they do somewhat creep me out. It is like a pet in your house except it is not.

How do people coupe with stress? I start my day with yoga. It puts my mind into the body and lets me connect with my deep senses, leaving the worries behind.
