On June 30th, all CA state youth prisons were closed forever. But youth can still be locked up in 58 counties. AB 505 will make sure that, if something goes wrong in local lockups, youth can speak to the Youth Ombudsperson & get help right away. #PassAB505 Gavin Newsom
