Drivers need to take extra care, with more road collisions we urge drivers to slow down and save lives. Remember the Fatal 4, always wear a seatbelt never drink and drive reduce speed and don't use phones when driving TVP Roads Policing #itsnotworththerisk #takeextracare #slowdownsavelives
The money has been counted and it’s an incredible effort by the crew of Burford Fire Station! not only did they manage to complete the 200-mile challenge with a Fire call in the middle, but also raise over £1000.00, which will be shared between Fire Fighters Charity @SeeSawCharity🎉
Q:Burford is celebrating the amazing accomplishments of Steve Edington on reaching his 40 yrs of active service! and although that’s brilliant. We have another crew member whose also completed 42 years. Is there another station with two serving personnel over 40 years?retained firefighter
So proud of all FRS staff (ops & non-ops) who are supporting the fight against C19 and are committed to doing even more (although not surprised)! Saving lives and supporting communities is in our DNA. Great coordination by National Fire Chiefs Council staff keen to help wherever they can 👏
We are encouraging more women to join us as firefighters Being a firefighter is a role that women generally do not consider. ow.ly/tSIU50F86O9… Saturday 3rd July 2021 Didcot Fire Station - 0900 to 1500 To book your place, please email [email protected]
A massive thank you to Swinbrook CC for allowing us the humour of trying to play cricket. Although the runs conceded where high, it wasn't as high as the money raised for @SeeSawCharity just over £800.00 💥
Another peak completed in our three peak challenge for @SeeSawCharity. Here we are at the top of Walk up Scafell Pike, similar to yesterday, the views were amazing.
Best wishes to Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service who were completing there three peaks challange in 24 hours. Hope you've been successful Deborah Fox
While completing Ben Nevis as the final mountain in our three peaks challenge, rasing money @SeeSawCharity, we received some very wise words from a person similar to Jeff Brazier: Great achievements are never handed to you on a plate.
Yesterday I had my exit interview with the big boss Metropolitan Police Commissioner. I was a bit nervous but it was all good because she had POLO'S!
