Our new grandbaby Izzy is just five days old and has changed our lives permanently. We can’t wait until her cousin Everly joins the family in December.

And Baez hits into a double play on the first pitch with two guys on. Thank god we only have him for three more years.

Maggie wants her little sister to play fetch with her. She dropped the ball between Izzy’s tiny little feet and waited.

Izzy is one month old today. She is amazing. Her Mom and Dad are pretty awesome too.

Sign, sign, everywhere a sign!!!

Evi has joined Izzy as our beautiful granddaughters. We are so blessed. Life Is Good!

Mariam Abdulhadi, on the left, has her official last day at MCS tomorrow. Her thirty years proved that those that work in Service Departments have an impact on students too. Cozette Henderson, on the right, is our newest employee in Buildings and Grounds. Good luck to you both.

Workcamp 2024 is over at Maumee High School after a great week. I wanted to Thank the MHS Custodial Crew for their help all week. Lamar Woodson, Becky Gibson, Marc Czerwinski and Jeff Ballew all went above and beyond to help make the event a success.

The B & G Crew had a much deserved break from the normal summer routine today with the MVOM Training Day at Sylvania Southview HS. Thanks to Dawn Watson for hosting. Thank You to MCS bus drivers Brian and Pam for getting everyone there and back.

Izzy’s First Birthday Party.

It was great to finally sit down and watch the Detroit Tigers play. It was a nice win. The best part was seeing Johnny Kane as part of the broadcast team.

It was a bummer for the Tigers to lose today, but they did fight to the end. The Yankees hitters were pretty much shut down over the three games. One concern as a fan, the center fielder is hitting .120 and playing every day. No other options?

Grandbabies are awesome!!!

Happy Mother’s Day Mimi! Teresa brought her favorite coconut shrimp from Red Lobster and a cake that she loves.

Today was Izzy’s Second Birthday Party. Ashlee put out a picture of Mimi, as this was the first party at our home without her.

We went to Erie, PA to see the Seawolves last week. This week we are watching the Mud Hens. This is such a nice park and the food is awesome.

Okay, we ate and we saw several animals at the Fulton County Fair. We are ready for some football.

New science furniture is being delivered to MIS starting today.
