Under the #Kaarya Initiative, we assist human trafficking survivors in forming self-help groups and in growing individual and group businesses. As part of that endeavour, three self-help groups founded by human trafficking survivors attended the Thakurnagar Mothuya Fair.

After years of legal battle, the Calcutta High Court awarded total 8.5 lakh in #VictimCompensation to a survivor. This is a huge #accomplishment for Tafteesh and a game changer for the survivor. We would like to commend the courageous woman for her unwavering pursuit of justice.
