Dan Norris was my Chair when I was CEO of League Against Cruel Sports. When I resigned due to extreme bullying and harassment they tried all sorts to gag me. I refused and am now brining claims against them in the High Court and Employment Tribunal.

Yes indeed. I have made that point in formal letters to their CEO. They have no lawful reason not to release what I have asked for; particularly as it seems it’s done on local tax payers time.

Really interesting that Dan Norris can use local tax payers money to pay off his senior staff after ‘falling out with them’, and that the Charity Commission CharityComms are allowing him to use League Against Cruel Sports funds to defend personal claims against him. Donors are not being told either

According to BBC Points West there has been a high turnover of officers West of England Mayoral Combined Authority 3x CEO, 4 x CFO, 5 directors of Governance. League Against Cruel Sports Board thretenened me when I blew the whistle on similar behaviour of said Dan Norris, Chair League Against Cruel Sports. I wouldn’t be gagged; court time!

Dear Michelle, I am so sad, but not surprised to hear that. My stalker also been charged after many years of harassment. Giving you all my public support here, and will be in touch. You didn’t deserve this. Until you experience it, you have no idea of the distress it brings.

An article has been published in The Times confusing 2 people with the same surname, a genuine mistake by the author. I was unaware of the article and have asked for a correction. As for my alleged harassment, well documented including by police, that will be heard in court(s).

Today a Judge refused an application by defendant to stay legal proceedings in the High Court. My harassment allegations against League Against Cruel Sports will be heard! The HC can compel release of all evidence, much still withheld. Thanks to my lawyers, Helen Clifford & Andrew Hogarth KC.

Great news yesterday. Introducing my new pooch, Frances, a 2 year old rescue now on on her fifth and final home. Lovely girl!

After 14 mnths the Defendant has admitted liability 4 breaching my contract. High Court will determine why?
