Last night, my older daughter was writing down lines from all of the speeches. I cannot wait to cast a vote for her. Good night moon.

To all those impacted with ALS, please know that we see you. Sandra and I are not only fighting for our family but for your family too. Here’s to the day when ALS is no more. Good night moon.

I walked again today. Each walk is harder but each walk is ever more important. I am so lucky to have an amazing team to help me. Not today ALS. Definitely not today.

When you live with ALS, your vocabulary changes, and you learn words that you never thought you would. Hope is not a word associated with ALS but it’s a word that I wake up everyday feeling. Good night moon.

For four years, Sandra Abrevaya kept me safe from every virus that came to our house. This year, I went without a mask for a few events. For the last week, I have been battling Covid. Thanks to my amazing caregivers I am feeling better everyday. I am not covid-free, but soon.

This morning, our daughters surprised us for our anniversary. These balloons were part of the surprise. 11 years ago, I heard the most beautiful word: Yes. And with that, I was lucky enough to marry the most extraordinary person I had ever met. Happy Anniversary Sandra Abrevaya

For the rest of September, I am excited to share that you can watch For Love & Life: No Ordinary Campaign on all United Airlines flights. When you watch it, take a photo and post it on social media and make sure to tag For Love & Life: No Ordinary Campaign. That way we can repost it for the world to see.

Our diseases change the way we feel and the way we look. What they cannot change is what is inside you. So stand up, you beautiful self. Good night moon.

Hypothetically, if one group is responsible for much of the misinformation that causes the ALS community to be divided, what steps would you take?

Some nights you just make it through and others are amazing. Whatever your night, thank you for not giving up. Good night moon.

Throughout my fight with ALS, I have met some amazing people who I would not have met without ALS. They remind me of how lucky I am to still be here. Good night moon.
