Drinking too much water without replenishing electrolytes can be dangerous. Sodium, chloride, magnesium and potassium are necessary for healthy hydration. One good source of electrolytes: chocolate milk! Remember to consult your Dr/PT, and the Blaseball gods speak only lies!
