We were invited to attend West Dunbartonshire Council's Digital Training session provided for Deaf community members who lives in West Dunbartonshire. Today, we're celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the BSL (Scotland) Act 2015. The BSL (Scotland) Bill, introduced by Mark Griffin on the 29th October 2014, was passed unanimously by all Parties on 17 Sept 2015 in Scottish Parliament.
