Great turnout for the first day of speed training / lifting by the Lady Storm. Also had 3 not pictured that sprinted with us today but they left early to go help with basketball camp. You can’t get better if you don’t show up and the Lady Storm showed up today!

Another great workout for the Lady Storm. 9 of the 17 girls that ran today went sub 6 seconds with their 40’s!
