People do the best they can with the level of consciousness they have. This is why expanding consciousness (or perception) is so important. The wider our perception, the greater our understanding of ourselves and other people. In short: know better, do better

There’s a Japanese legend stating, your face is the face of the one you loved most in your past life. When you look in the mirror, that was the face you admired most :’) embrace every little detail you see.

No matter how good you are to people, it won’t make them good to you. Be mindful of where you’re applying your energy and if it’s getting returned 🫶🏼

People can only love you as much as they love themselves. Understanding this allows you to have a different level of compassion for others, but being aware they have to do this on their own.

One day you will look back and understand that your timing was perfect, and why things had to happen the way they did. To protect you, to guide you, and to redirect you to where you were always meant to be. Trust the process of your evolution and growth - it's all divine timing.

Isn't it weird that when someone treats us horribly that we doubt ourselves instead of doubting…. THEM? Doubt the connection. How great could THEY really be they make you feel sad, confused and frustrated all the time. Are they good for you? Are they worth it? Doubt it.

So many people saw their parents in dysfunctional marriages. Not getting their needs met, living as distant strangers. It makes sense that younger generations want actual partnership. They don’t want marriage to mean accepting emotional breadcrumbs.

Healing taught me that honesty wouldn't ruin a real thing. Speaking about your feelings won't lose you anything worth having. Setting boundaries won't scare off proper people. And authenticity won't cost you genuine relationships.
