I started experimenting with Hasura. Really liking it so far. Integrating with #Nextjs and Auth0 has been a breeze. Docs & tutorials are good but be sure to watch the video versions of the tutorials which are great.

Super simple way to "float" elements to the left and right using flex-grow:

I really love React, but man useEffect is dangerous. Using it sparingly and transitioning most "effects" to xState has helped me avoid a lot of rerendering issues.

I always forget initializing state with a function is a thing, but it's a powerful React pattern:
