Really enjoying the talk by Dr. Emma Stokes at #PIHC23. Balance needs flow, curiosity, self-compassion & joy. Lots to think about, not least the flow, curiosity, self-compassion and joy that we get from improv! #medicalimprov

Lovely feedback from an experienced communicator about a #medicalimprov session last week. 'Thanks for such a brilliant improv session last week. I am surprised at how often I reference it'.

Feedback after a short #medicalimprov taster last week. 'That was relevant and applicable'. Applied Improv is just that, and helps you look at communication through a different lens.

#DEMEC2023 was fab. Highlights included understanding diff attainment better, hearing about AI (& trying Chatgpt for the 1st time, & thinking about how we support fys w comm skills. And meeting loads of friends, old and new.

Great #medicalimprov session with GPs today. We looked at collaboration and how accepting what the patient brings, and building on it together, can lead to good consultations. Lovely to see them laughing as they learnt.
