The ATF stepped WAY out of line by denying someone a Form 1 over the first amendment essentially. Gun Owners of America is on it! Fun fact, he was also a contributor to Mom-At-Arms: 2A Watchdogs! mom-at-arms.com/post/atf-viola…

"Percolation" isn't free. While the Supreme Court awaits more rulings that will not provide any more insight, more states pass unconstitutional laws. Virginia and New Mexico likely becoming the latest. This also changes the status quo and allows antigun states to claim any ruling

This horse is 30,000 years old. From Vogelherd Cave, Germany. Carved from mammoth ivory by people of the Aurignacian culture. It is tiny, just 5cm long. Someone sat and carved this by firelight in a cave, as mammoth and bison roamed the icy steppe outside...

Literally no reason to do this. People with carry permits from other states are not a crime problem in Virginia. The Dems just hate you and your rights, and are also doing the bidding of their Everytown financiers. Bought and paid for assault on your rights.

Hey Harmeet K. Dhillon, this is why we need you to support cases like Gardner v. Maryland. If DOJ Civil Rights Division doesn’t start taking threats to reciprocity seriously, they will only continue to spread.

Your law bans carry everywhere but public streets. Including even private businesses unless they post a sign allowing carry. Stop pretending it is far more limited than it is. Not that your shortened list posted above is even acceptable; if someone takes their child to a

Why do gun control advocates who say they care about “disenfranchised communities” never acknowledge that fees, training mandates, and time off work disproportionately impact lower-income citizens?

Yesterday I spoke about HB26-1144, Prohibit Three-Dimensional Printing Firearms & Components, a bill that would expand Colorado’s existing “ghost gun” laws far beyond their original intent. This proposal would not only target 3D-printed firearms, but also sweep in CNC milling

Even if Dems say training, background checks, & permits are necessary for public safety, they should be in favor of the government covering the associated costs. The fact that they aren’t shows it’s about making it more difficult to exercise the RKBA—not public safety.

Very pleased with the customer service from Vortex Optics! Tony got me the exact screws I needed (which are unobtainable anywhere else it seems) and threw in a free hat.

In Colorado’s first month of this year’s legislative session Democrats want to make it so you can’t buy the barrel for gun but you can buy a prostitute. Make it make sense.
