Landstar $LSTR appears to be a decent buyer of its own stock. By my count, since the beginning of 2009, it has spent just shy of $1b on repurchases, and $613m (62%) of the time the repurchases have been made at a below average p/e. Repurchase activity also gets larger on dips.
