Andrew Kuhn How would you go about valuing a company like $iesc which if you look at its history hasn't been great but since a somewhat recent turn around has performed well? I know usually you look at their 10 year median ratios and that is skewed by past bad performance.

@InvestedChoice $Iesc is not going to gain much volume imo. I own it but it is super Un known and majority of shares are owned by insiders.

The last stock I was supposed to write up was Abacus Global Management $ABX. I liked the bull thesis, but I recently sold my position as their aggressive accounting and related-party transactions started to bother me more and more. Here is what I could not get comfortable with:

So Avis Budget Group ($CAR) has negative equity, loses money, has almost $25B in net debt with negative FCF. And is now trading at 60x 2028E hoped-for EPS. No position, but where is the Board here…?! They should be selling equity as fast as possible at these prices.

Eagle Point lent 100% of cost against World Cup tickets. The thesis: tickets trade at 3x face value so real LTV is 35%.
