Our new paper on vancomycin AUC dosing in obesity is out. Rates of AKI were lower in the AUC group compared to the trough group (11.3% versus 25.2%, p<0.001). This work was led by Corey Guidry, PharmD, BCPS . Emily Siegrist was on it as well. Antibiotic Steward Bassam Ghanem 🅱️C🆔🅿️🌟
