stop putting so much time and energy into things that literally DO NOT matter. if it’s not contributing to your happiness, health & well-being let it go.

a healthy relationship with myself is always the goal. i want to love me in all forms.

some childhood friends aren’t meant to be friends in your adulthood and that’s okay. with time our paths change, our desires change, and our goals/ambitions no longer align. learn to love them from a distance.

people will make up any and every excuse to not be there for you and support you.

life will come at you full circle every time.

at some point you have to realize you’re your own enemy. you’re the reason your life isn’t progressing because you refuse to change.

keep your personal business off social media. everybody don’t need to know everything.

avoid anything and anybody that brings out the person you’ve grown from.

keep in mind the company you keep can easily turn into a reflection of you and your character.

2024 will be filled with more money & more opportunities.

if life hasn’t done anything it taught me the beauty in waiting. sometimes what you want isn’t going to come when you want it to. just be patient.

you can’t navigate life trying to be perfect for nobody. you have to work on yourself for yourself.

the only thing i have is my peace of mind to keep myself afloat so i wouldn’t allow nothing and nobody to knock me off my pivot.

you eventually get to a point where you’re tired of where you at and you immediately change your situation.

you can always tell when you’re outgrowing something because everything around you starts to feel different, you lose interest, and you start to feel like you’re stagnant. know when it’s time to let go and move on.

i’m to a point where rekindling is starting to become pointless when people refuse to change their ways. we not repeating cycles around here.

you’ll never be happy with someone who doesn’t respect your boundaries.

bothering me unprovoked gives me every reason to block you.
