I've had this thought, in this technological time there is absolutely no justification why car tax or V.E.D could not be charged by the day, only when you use your car. Why do you have to pay per year ? When your car may stay on your drive for maybe even 5 or 6 days a week.

If I may be so bold, and intimated before the invasion, I think Zelensky should of handed over Ukraine to Mr Putin, then we could have enacted the art of war, such as we are doing now, this would of avoided destruction & loss of life, also Mr Putin is not going to rebuild it.
