A response I got from the Council about the non-appearance of someone's replacement recycling bin. Apparently residents have to wait 9 months plus for a replacement recycling bin. Is it any wonder Birmingham City Council's recycling rates are so low. Birmingham Green Party #VoteGreenInBrum
