We learn to live a day at a time – after all, that is all any of us have. No matter where you are today, or what you have going on, keep it simple. Breath and be where your feet are. Every day we choose recovery, we have possibility.

Progress, not perfection. A line we hear all the time, but takes us some time to understand. We do not arrive, recovery is process. Look back on each day and find the bright spots. Remember the journey began with just one small step.

Great day Glendale Golf & Country Club put on by James Chapman and his team. Most importantly, it was in support of a very worthy cause, the Bruce Oake Recovery Centre recovery center. Congratulations to all on a great event and the funds you were able to raise.

We got a little wet, but had a great time golfing with the legendary Scott Oake at yesterday’s tournament in support of the Bruce Oake Recovery Centre. The tournament, held at Glendale, helped raise over $25,000 for this important organization. Always proud to support the BORC.
