Emotional win. George Phillips Racing battled with Jimmy Renfrew, Jr. for the lead at the Governor's Cup Pro Late Model 100 New Smyrna Speedway . There was some back and forth. Phillips prevailed. George and Jimmy exchanged very cordial words afterwards as they finished P1 and P2. Great
