Beautiful Memorial Day with services in Brooklyn, Oregon, & Fitchburg

The 30th Anniversary celebration of the High Ground Veterans Memorial located near Neillsville, Wi. Was held on Sat. Sept. 22nd. The beautiful day was filled with activities from the parade at noon, speakers, a band, dinner, and fireworks in the evening.

The annual Green Co. Veteran’s Day Memorial Service will be held at the Brooklyn United Methodist Church, 201 Church St. services will start at 7 pm. Food and beverage will be served after the ceremony.

Thank you Brooklyn Winterberry Christmas Tree farm for the beautiful Cross wreath which was placed at the base of the American Flag. The donation is much appreciated!

Maggie Mae has won the “TOP FEMALE COUNTRY WESTERN SINGER”. In the Texas Citrus Valley performers competition for the second year in a row. Maggie Mar will be performing at the Oregon Wi HS Performing Arts Center on Sat April 27th at 1 pm Call 608 455 5049 for tickets.
