We had lots of fun on our trip to Bore Place. We explored the organic farm, saw how cows are milked and fed the calves. We also made dens, built nests and looked for different minibeasts in their forest school setting.

This week we read the story 'The Enormous Turnip' and looked at other vegetables we could grow including cauliflowers, carrots, parsnips, peppers, and leeks. We used our observational skills to sketch these carefully.

The girls had great fun trying lots of different activities and games with the year 6 girls who were running all the stalls for Enterprise Day. The money raised will go to different charities that each house has chosen.
