The Charlie Kirk Shooting was disturbing, disgusting and wrong. Praying for Charlie Kirk’s wife, kids and family. It’s okay to disagree with someone’s political views, but celebrating his death makes you a despicable human. No one deserves to be gunned down for their beliefs.

This season is about so much more than final scores. It’s the beginning of something special. Something these men will look back on when they are old and grey and I am gone. Something they can point at and say I was the foundation. I built something greater than myself. I believe

I’m very proud of this guy. Our season is obviously not what any of us wanted. But there is always positive to be seen in the face of difficult times. This young man has worked very hard on and off the field and deserves the accolades.

All you guys whose seasons ended too early last night, it’s hard, unfortunately If you play a sport, unless you are very lucky, you know the feeling. If you can be 190lbs or under and want to keep playing…we are out here. You can get a college degree and keep playing football.

Guys I will be getting heavily back into evaluating and recruiting next week. If you’ve sent me something I’m not ignoring you. It’s just difficult to get to everyone during the season when I have my team and games to prepare for.

Recruiting for the c/o '26 opens today! All positions. OCU: an MSFL scholarship program. Generous scholarships up to 25.5k/year! Need about 50 kids from good HS programs to change the culture and the process; results will follow! 190lb. game-day weight limit for all positions.
