APS only going to hybrid if they have two weeks of green. So, unless I'm missing something -- and I'm exhausted, so maybe I am -- I don't see how APS could do any of the four fall sports based on this. And in fact, now, I would say winter sports are in peril, too.

I did speak to APS Superintendent Scott Elder just a little while ago. He said this to me: “APS is not giving up on fall sports yet. We’re gonna pursue every avenue to get our kids to play.” APS has a board meeting Monday night, and there is an agenda item to talk about this.

Have been told that UNM's football team has offered preferred walk-on status to Eldorado PK Broderick Dickman. Happened this afternoon, his father Shawn tells me. Other recent metro-area kids who got a PWO from Lobos include Carlos Lovato of AHS and Jaxon Powell of Manzano.
