Im so proud of myself for continuing to push myself outside of my comfort zone with improv class. Im learning so much not only about improv but about myself. Im able to feel free and let go. Its helped me alot with some of my insecurities as well. I cant wait to see the future me

I'm sorry I haven't been streaming as much this past week 😔 My mental health has been taking a dive, and so I've been focusing on myself. I hope I will be back to streaming this Wednesday.

Just got home from my last Improv 101 class! What an absolutely fantastic experience. Improv 102 class starts January 12th, and it can't come soon enough!!! Will improv become my whole personality in the future? Only time will tell 🤣

I'm sorry I still haven't kept up with streaming recently. My mental health has completely tanked this week. For the time being, I am going to be gentle with myself and my schedule will be inconsistent. Hopefully I can get myself back on track in the new year.

Tomorrow will be the first day in over a year that Im not posting a clip to TT & YT. This round of depression has really shut me down. Ill get back to posting short form again in the new year. I'm hoping to have my next stream on Christmas. Im sorry I havent been able to stream.

Happy New Year! I struggled a lot at the end of 2025 in terms of content creation, but that changes this year. In 2026, I'm planning on doing more charity streams than last year, I'm planning on collaborating with more people, and I'm going to spend more time on long form vids!

Sadly my streams will continue to be spuratic for a little bit longer. I am under a pretty tight deadline at work, and so I will need to work during my normal stream time. Hopefully I am back to a more consistent schedule soon.

Have I mentioned how much I love improv? Last night's class was so insanely fun. I'm still so very early in my improv journey, but I can 100% see it becoming my entire personality 🤣

It is absolutely INSANE to me how much of a positive impact improv has had on my life. I had a big presentation today at work, and I felt VERY LITTLE anxiety about it, and I left the meeting feeling like I did an amazing job and feeling so incredibly confident and proud of myself
