Greg Jones (Chatham ’18) made his first MLB appearance last night for the Rockies. Jones played 43 games and hit at a .242 clip for the Anglers.

Today UK Sport have announced £1 million in funding, split with Great Britain Softball Women’s National Team, over the next four years for LA28. Thank you for the support! #LetsGoGB

Sometimes even when you lose, you win. The 2023 team won Silver on the field. But their performance as a team contributed to the largest funding award ever given to the GB Baseball and Great Britain Softball Women’s National Team programmes, announced earlier today. We are so proud, and so grateful.

Outfielder Nolan Schubart (Chatham ’23) has been selected by the Cleveland Guardians with the 101st overall pick of the 2025 MLB Draft. Schubart (OSU Cowboy Baseball) belted two homers and drove in 16 runs with the Anglers across 33 games in 2023.

Any legit ball player will tell anyone that playing summer ball was one of the most beneficial experiences of their career. Hopefully the system goes back to prioritizing this so guys can develop and learn by playing. There is no better way to get better. Summer ball is special.
