Appalling customer service from Red Letter Days over the past few days. A Hot air balloon voucher that was booked back in December for tomorrow is suddenly not valid and needs rebooking. Trying to get anyone from there to engage in a conversation on how / what is impossible.

I've tried to buy a British Airways holiday 4 times... No added extras or complications on the checkout process. Literally clicking through and using their BA AMEX card and I get this every time. It then wipes out everything I've typed and I have to start again😐

Shocking customer service from Boots . Ordered a home delivery and it was split into two boxes. One was almost fully empty and had been stolen by someone within Royal Mail . Boots are liable and now on phone for the 4th time as they keep cancelling the case by email.
